Some updates

I've taken a look at the past few articles that I've written for this blog, and I'm horror-stricken at all the mistakes! In "The Study of Furries - Part One," I realize that there were so many gramatical mistakes, I almost couldn't read it. And that's not even mentioning the HTML mistakes!

So I took a while to revise it, and Now I'm going to finally write part two, ignoring the fact that I have to write SegaCD REviews.

Sega CD Reviews -#s

3 Ninjas Kick Back

No, they don't. But don't tell them that.
Actually, As far as the Sony Imagesoft/Malabu Comics Combination goes, this is a good game. But then again, The team doesn't go very far.
The biggest complaint I have with this game is that the art just sucks. There's no excuse for bad art. It was produced by a frickin' Comic book company, for crying out loud! It's not like the images are badly transitioned to pixels, it's just that the people are hideous!
Then again, there is something worse in this game. The actor that played the trainer dude (Like I'd even consider watching something so stupid as the 3 Ninjas!) makes an appearence in this game. Literally. He comes up as a FMV-dude, head and upper chest only (Thank you, Jesus!). And even better, you can almost always kill him by pressing start.

CHEESE ALARM!!!

only you, really.

Run Away!

3x3 Eyes

Well well, this is an interesting gem. Despite the obvious fact that I'm no good at Japanese, I can tell that this is something else. It plays like an RPG, but it watches like an Anime. Short of the Sega CD's Crappy FMV "bit-o-vision," this is the smoothest animated title of the system, other then the gameplay of Sonic CD. Despite the large language barrier, the game's dialogue makes it extremely interesting and entertaining.
One of the first cinema scenes is of a giant bird chasing pie (I know, it's an odd name, but the people seem to not mind....) and her... er... escort.... Well, the point is that it's an extremely adrenilin-inducing scene, and you will be inpressed when you see it. If you can read japanese, then you're a lucky guy, because that will mean that you will be able to figure out where to go - which I was unable to. And I really wanted to fight!

That's a rather simple title screen...

Pie is hot! Not!

Ohh, the father of pie is dead...

4-in-1/5-in-1 Sega Arcade Classics.

Contains:
Golden Axe
Streets of Rage
Columns
Revenge of Samurai
Super Monaco GP.

There are some slight differences from the original. In Golden Axe, there is now a story (if there was one previously, I apologise). In Columns, there is a Redbook audio track. Not during Gameplay, but there is one at least.
And there is some upsampling here and there. Now when you pile drive guys in Streets of Rage, there's a higher quality Hyaa!

What's the difference between 4-in-1 and 5-in-1? Super Monaco GP.

STAN's the man.

I've just discovered a totally new and awesome Japanese Rock band. They're on the hard edge, but they've demonstrated that that's a good thing.
